Is it necessary to have previous sailing experience?
No, our tours are designed so that anyone, with or without sailing experience, can enjoy the trip in complete safety.
How many people can go on the sailboat?
It depends on the type of experience booked. For shared outings, the group is typically up to 9 people plus the captain, as we strive for the comfort of our guests. For private outings, the maximum capacity will depend on the type of event.
What happens if there is bad weather on the day of the tour?
If weather conditions are unsafe (strong winds, heavy rain, or rough seas), the trip will be rescheduled or a refund will be offered.
Where is the meeting point?
The sailboat departs from Barcelona's Port Olimpic, and you'll receive the exact location, along with directions and tips, in your booking confirmation.
How far in advance should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before departure time for boarding and safety briefings.
How is payment made?
Payment is made at the time of booking through our online platform. We accept credit, debit, and other payment methods.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are refundable. If you cancel earlier, a refund is not guaranteed.
What should I bring for the experience?
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, a swimsuit (if you plan to dive), sunglasses, sunscreen, and a light jacket (especially for sunset walks).
Can I bring food or drinks?
All our experiences include a selection of typical Spanish snacks and drinks.
Should I wear special footwear?
It is not mandatory, but white-soled or non-slip footwear is recommended for greater comfort on board.
What options are available for people with food intolerances?
If you have any dietary intolerances or restrictions, please let us know in advance so we can offer you alternative drinks and snacks.
What happens if I get seasick on a sailboat?
If you're prone to seasickness, we recommend taking a motion sickness pill before boarding and always looking at the horizon. We also have water and recommendations to help you if you experience discomfort.
Can children be brought on board?
Yes, we accept children on private tours, but on shared tours, we recommend that they be over 6 years old to fully enjoy the experience.
Can I bring my pet?
At this time, we do not allow pets on board, except on private trips where this can be arranged in advance with the captain.
